As I recently finished The Void myself I wanted to see how someone else was going to do things. After more or less binging your whole Lets Play I discovered some things I never bothered with. It was quite insightful. I did restart once after discovering some of the rules of Color (never figured out what Silver did) and think I did pretty poorly in fights against the Brothers myself so I learned quite a bit from your battles. Cool game, nice playthrough and I had a good time with it.

That Melve dragon fight is a good one, I've killed it several times using the ballista. Lucky I read a comment by someone that had done it...

Poor Gregor, did he meet his fate when facing the Dullahan? Talking to his wife Margit again after getting the tip and she gives the quest "till death do us part".....maybe not talking to Margit again since that would start a timer.....unless you think you can handle a powerful undead

4 years late but thank you for this entertaining playthrough! Honestly I think the game mechanics you said were not explored enough were more dependent on the play style. I was able to survive the second half of the game because I ransacked infected houses whenever I could, and chose to not do gray houses because I didn’t have the courage or firepower to face a house full of bad people. Funny that both Vlads survived my playthrough because I simply missed the quest line. Blind panic is such a good way to describe playing this game for the first time. I’m glad you a still enjoyed playing this game tho.

And not seeing the panel you can activate on the spinning circle structure on the webbed planet @ 2:01:27. I kept saying "Its there! Its there!" 😅

If you give this one up, you can't expect to have a jade palace in the next run!

For reference I think the "I'm stuck" in the start menu always teleports you back to the start area. Although it's intended for if you fall into a hole between boulders and can't get out, which is why I had to use it once then had a long walk/fly back to where I'd been stuck.

A jade palace with bare concrete floors. Ahem. One of my favorite games, though I usually mod it heavily and cheese it. When I set challenges, it's never with storyteller difficulty, but usually with some sort of constraint that makes it really hard to grow (like playing in a camp) or an in an extreme environment like an ice sheet or feralisk jungle.

The broken arch at the end is a glitched graphic that is what the entrance to a crystal maze is to look like, it just doesn't get place properly.

Been thinking about trying this mod combo myself but really just waiting for Space Age to drop. I've done a bit of k2 and the majority of SE but I've heard these can play nicely together so might still give it a try.

Apparently we missed a hatch inbetween the fusion generator and the oil barrels on the floor that leads to sublevel.

Take a drink every time he says "tricky". You would die by alcohol poisoning or hyperhydration.

Story? This is like the adult film of puzzle games. If you playing it for the story, your doing it wrong. LOL

Hidden cubes, keep an eye out. No keep and ear out, there is even an upgrade to make them louder.

It is confusing about the progress in the enclaves, because on the map you have to click the pearl that unlocked to see the progression.

Tiny holes in the wall your only weekness.

Your five minute charge jump is for 3 jumps, and it refills one of the three every 5 minutes. Your foresight refills, and would save you time. The puzzles don't always have one solution, and all are the answers are valid.

I see this game is not beginner friendly at all.

Random like and greetings. As already told, my life is a bit messy, but sometimes I just open your vids in the background, so you gain some watchtime and I have a comfy sound while cleaning, cooking, studying etc.

Highly recommend tweaking custom settings to change the gameplay emphasis you want. You can set it up with minimal grind so you can focus on other parts of the game. Or you can buff Pals to be stronger than humans or vice versa, putting emphasis on one gameplay style over another. There's a lot of settings and there's a lot of good mods for the game
